A lot of emotions, thots and feelings this few days.. perhaps this break allows me to relax and think more coherently..
i m grateful and thankful i m under her. it's must be all fated to be under her since i got my 1st choice. i'll like to thank her .. after much thinking and talking to other ppl how's their preceptorship.. i dun think mine is tat bad after all.. althou she isn't someone who questioned and made ur brain think all the time.. she is still a role model to follow.
firstly, i can see that she is not very money-orientated. unlike wad my senior told me tat the organization i went to is very very profit-orientated. she doesn't push prdts to every customer. she can even send them home w/o recommending them to buy anithing. she chases away customers by scarring them off with side effects of the medicine and she also doesn't feel tat it is wrong as she feels that it is important and her responsibility to tell the customers the side effects of certain P medicines.
secondly, she doesn't gossip abt others. In a way, is bad as u ll be isolated away from others and dunno wads going on.. In another way, it is very good. Seems to me she is not bias and she is like the teacher.
thirdly, the most i learnt from her is her way of attending to customers.. is superb!! Can see that she tries her best to understand the needs of customers and she counsels almost every patient. i ll vote her as one of the most friendliest, most caring retail farmacist.
fourthly, althou she is the farm, she also helps the PA to arrange stocks.
So, i guess her way influences me to like retail.
